As aRegistered Nurse (RN) you will be responsible for overseeing the health and well-being of residents, implementing care plans, and providing expert nursing care in a facility that values compassion, transparency, and a collaborative work environment. • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents based on their health needs and goals.
• Monitor residents' health conditions, document changes, and communicate significant findings to the physician and other members of the care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with medical orders.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other advanced medical treatments as required.
• Perform routine medical procedures (such as taking vitals, administering injections, and dressing wounds) in accordance with care protocols.

• Supervise and support the nursing staff, including CNAs and LPNs, ensuring that all care duties are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Provide guidance and training for nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility protocols and high standards of care.
• Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with the leadership team to maintain optimal resident care.

• Effectively communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team to ensure clear, accurate, and timely updates on patient conditions.
• Educate residents and their families on care plans, treatment options, and preventative health measures.
