Perform inspections of the final product to assess quality and compliance with standards;
Work with production to identify and plan for the day's shipments, ensuring verifications and inspections are timely;
Report adverse and non-compliant items to the supervisor and QA Manager and follow up to confirm remedies are implemented before release;
Communicate technical information verbally and in writing;
Instruct employees on proper railcar maintenance activities using established procedures and training materials
