HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio delivering powerful, results-driven workouts inside infrared saunas, led by virtual instructors.

This is not a typical front desk role. This is a sales-driven, high-impact position within a fast-growing fitness brand.

Sales & Studio Growth

• Drive membership, package, and retail sales
• Follow up with leads and build strong relationships
• Execute outreach and bring new members into the studio

Member Experience

• Create a strong first impression for every guest
• Lead tours and confidently present the HOTWORX experience
• Support members so they feel motivated, confident, and successful

Studio Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
• Manage scheduling, transactions, and member accounts
• Execute daily tasks with consistency and attention to detail

Brand & Team

• Support social media and local marketing efforts
• Bring energy, professionalism, and positivity to every shift
• Contribute to a competitive, supportive, team-first culture

• Mon–Thurs: 11AM–8PM
• Friday: 9AM–6PM
• Saturday: 9AM–2PM

• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a self-starter mindset
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Organized and able to multitask
• Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends required)
• Comfortable with basic technology systems
