Lead the finance process from credit application through deliverywhilemaximizing customer satisfaction, compliance, anddealershipprofitability. This role also provides backup support tothe sales manager as needed.

• Partner withthe sales manager to structure transactions and securereasonableprofit on every sale.
• Maintain
  100% turnover to the F&I department and conductprofessionalcustomer interviews.
• Presentfinance and protection-product options based on each customer’sneeds.
• Reviewcredit applications and reports, explain available financing,and coordinate lender approvals.
• Prepare accurate loan, title, DMV, and required state and federaldocumentation.
• Conduct business ethically and professionally while ensuringmaximumcustomer satisfaction.
• Maintaincontrol of all paperwork through final handoff to the office.
• Train sales staff on financing benefits, product presentation, andcompliantprocesses.
• Prepare monthly and annual performance reports, goals, and action plans.
• Provide backup sales-manager support, including desking,appraisals,inventory awareness, lead assignment, and deal closing.

• Several years of automotive retail experience
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Organized,competitive, energetic, and positive
• Working knowledge of compliant F&I practices
• Ability todesk deals and appraise vehicles is a plus
