The Sanitation Trainer at STF is responsible for sanitizing all production equipment, tools, and work areas to meet GMP and FSQA standards. You will educate new employees on GMPs and proper sanitation practices to ensure safe, quality foods and minimize pre-operational deficiencies.
You will supervise cleaning performance, train staff on chemical handling, and verify sanitation through ATP and environmental swabs to support pre-requisite programs and USDA inspections.
