The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

  Mixed Shift (Must be flexible and available to work all shifts)

• Maintain the facility's security by checking in visitors, vendors, and contractors, issuing access badges, and performing regular foot patrols throughout the property.
• Ensure attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and security.

• 1+ years of security or leadership experience
• Comfortable using technology devices
• Valid driver's license

• Walk, stand for extended periods, work in various weather conditions
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, able to use initiative and independent judgment within guidelines
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
• Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws, may be required prior to employment
• Driver's license with at least one year driving experience, clean record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), sufficient insurance, ability to safely operate a vehicle as required
• Background investigation, post-offer/pre‑employment drug/alcohol test, possibility of Driver's Record check
• Intermediate computer skills for innovative wireless technology at client‑specific sites
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at client site calmly and efficiently
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Work in various environments (cold weather, rain/snow, heat)
