Nextlink is seeking a Field Operations – Tower technician to install, repair and maintain wireless tower site electronics and cabling. You will climb towers up to 500 feet, run power, ground, fiber, Cat5e and coax, and inspect hardware for safety and performance.
This full-time role requires a HS diploma, ability to pass drug test and background check, and a safety-focused mindset. Overtime and irregular hours with on-call rotations; travel 20-40% as needed.
