Thompson Solutions Group is growing, and we’re looking for Plumbers and Pipe fitters to join our Mechanical team!

Whether you have several years of experience in the trade or are looking for an opportunity to continue building your plumbing and pipe fitting skills, we want to hear from you. You’ll work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects alongside an experienced team that takes pride in doing quality work, working safely, and getting the job done right.

As a Plumber / Pipefitter, you’ll help install, maintain, and repair plumbing and piping systems on commercial and industrial job sites. Your work may include:

• Installing and repairing piping systems, fixtures, valves, fittings, and related equipment
• Measuring, cutting, threading, assembling, and joining pipe using a variety of tools and techniques
• Reading and working from blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Staging materials and equipment to keep projects moving efficiently
• Troubleshooting and assisting with repairs and system maintenance
• Following company safety standards and job site procedures
• Working closely with project teams and other trades to complete work safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Providing professional service and building positive relationships with customers, contractors, and team members

• Plumbing, pipe fitting, construction, or other skilled trade experience is preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Willingness to learn and continue developing your trade skills
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working in varying job site and weather conditions
