Provide creative support services to staff. Provide general clerical support and reception for the Agency and public. Adhere to the agency’s mission to improve the lives of children and families while accepting the vision to be an innovative leader in revitalizing humanity by restoring hope, building stability and creating connectedness for children, families and communities. Must maintain level of high morals and represent self as a role model for clients.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or GED. General knowledge, education and/or experience to operate computer programs and perform general office duties.
OTHERSKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to operate computer, copier, fax machine, postage meter (if applicable), transcriber (if applicable) and multi-line phones. Proficiency in typing, spelling, grammar, proofreading, punctuation and sentence structure.
