Serving as a technical leader and contributor for mobile code, the full-time Staff Mobile Engineer will manage feature development, set technical direction, and mentor engineers while working remotely across the U.S. and Canada during PST hours.
Key responsibilities- Lead delivery of mobile app features and address production issues, ensuring cross-platform reliability
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to scope, plan, and rapidly ship features that enhance user engagement
- Champion AI-assisted development practices and mentor other engineers to foster a productive team environment
- 6+ years of experience building mobile apps in Swift/SwiftUI or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose
- Proven track record of technical leadership and architectural decision-making in mobile development
- Experience mentoring engineers and fostering collaborative team dynamics
- Strong understanding of modern mobile tooling, CI/CD, testing, and cloud services
- Genuine interest in AI technologies and their application in mobile development
