Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

G.A. Johnson Construction, a well established Construction Management and Design Build company, is seeking an EXPERIENCED Accountant. Successful candidate must have a history of 5 years of successful performance in a similar position.

Position:
Full‑time, Monday to Friday.

Location:

Harrisburg, SD.

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Payroll
• Monthly Financial Statements
• Assist in year‑end annual audits

• Experience in accounting, financial reporting, payroll processing, and benefit administration
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and applications
• Experience and knowledge of payroll principles and tax reporting requirements
• Ability to organize and communicate effectively (both verbal and written)

• Five (5) or more years of accounting, financial reporting, payroll processing, and benefit administration
• Experience with Sage accounting software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Relocation assistance available
• Willingness to train on company accounting processes
