About the PositionThe Financial Controller will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting and finance operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, internal controls, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings experience in manufacturing environments and has the strategic mindset and leadership skills to partner with the executive team.

- Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
CPA or CMA designation preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a controller or senior accounting role Experience in a manufacturing environment is required; cabinet or millwork experience is a strong asset Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on, and entrepreneurial environment
Work ConditionsFull Time In Person Sioux Falls, SD Travel within the United States upwards of 1-2 Days a month
