SMP Security Services is seeking an Office & Business Operations Manager to own core administrative processes that keep payroll accurate, billing timely, accounts receivable moving, customer accounts clean, insurance current, and the office running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role that drives processes end-to-end, learns our workflows in Belfry, Quick Books Online and Hub Spot, and gradually takes ownership of billing, payroll, AR, reporting and issue resolution.
