Operations Processor

* Description
* * High volume environment - posting, reconciling, and scanning check deposits

* High volume uploading and reconciling files

* Ensuring all payment types are posted accurately (checks, cash, credit card, ACH) - will primarily be working with checks

* Assisting other departments with inquiries concerning payments and providing payment audits when requested

* Transferring phone calls received through our main number

* Assisting the operations team with various other tasks as needed (processing returned mail and/or scanning documents for example)

Skills & Qualifications
* * Must be a detail-oriented individual with a high degree of accuracy

* Some post-secondary education preferred but not necessary

* Previous experience in doing administrative and accounting functions

* Proficient at 10 key and strong computer skills

* Must possess solid verbal and written communication skills, always being professional and courteous

* Must maintain confidentiality of consumer and client information

* Consistent attendance and punctuality

* Ability to work independently when necessary

* Possess a positive attitude and able to work as a team player

* This is a Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
