Overview

Sioux Steel Company, a family-owned manufacturer since 1918, is seeking a Clerical Support Specialist to support daily office operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient flow of information across the company.

Experience Requirements
  • Proven administrative or clerical experience in an office setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal coordination.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability in all responsibilities.
Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to multiple departments.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and update company records as needed.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and internal communications.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
