Overview
Sioux Steel Company, a family-owned manufacturer since 1918, is seeking a Clerical Support Specialist to support daily office operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient flow of information across the company.
Experience Requirements- Proven administrative or clerical experience in an office setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability in all responsibilities.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to multiple departments.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and update company records as needed.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and internal communications.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Support the tracking and organization of office supplies and materials.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data entry and documentation tasks.
