Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Front Office Manager located in Sioux Falls, SD. The role will handle various administrative tasks to support the team, including answering phones with proper phone etiquette, managing communication, and performing clerical duties. Responsibilities also include providing executive administrative assistance, organizing schedules, and maintaining office operations to ensure efficiency.
You would effectively be the first thing a customer sees and the last. We are looking for an upbeat, personable individual with charisma. This person must also be punctual and accurate as you would also manage customer payments and company invoicing.
