Health Services Coordinator
- Provide daily administrative support to the Adult Nursing Department
- Assist with scheduling medical appointments and coordinating communication with healthcare providers
- Answer phones and greet visitors with professionalism
- Deliver direct care support, including dietary, hygiene, positioning, and transferring assistance
- Administer medications as needed (training provided)
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely filing of records
- Order and distribute medical and office supplies
- Keep the department clean, safe, and organized
- Participate in required training, meetings, and emergency response as needed
- Other duties as assigned
