Role Description The Executive Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Sioux Falls, SD. This position supports senior leadership by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing agendas and meeting materials. Daily responsibilities include handling incoming calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining digital and physical files, and assisting with clerical tasks such as data entry, document formatting, and record keeping.
The role also involves preparing presentations and reports, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and serving as a professional point of contact for internal team members and external partners. The Executive Administrative Assistant is expected to maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including calendar management, document handling, and organization.
- Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting senior leaders with scheduling, travel coordination, and confidential matters.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through in all administrative tasks.
- Ability to work on-site in Sioux Falls, SD, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs.
- Prior experience in a consulting, sports, entertainment, or technology-focused environment is a plus.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
