Scheduling Coordinator
Interim Health Care is seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to be part of our amazing team! This role is a critical part of our day-to-day business and will work in a dedicated office setting at our Sioux Falls location, Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm. Remote is not offered or considered.
The right person for this job will be very proficient in Microsoft Office products, have great communication skills, and have a fun, energetic, and outgoing personality! You will need to be personable, friendly and well-versed with working with people. Attention to detail is a must in a fast paced environment. This is not a position for just sending emails or texts all day.
You must be comfortable picking up the phone and making calls to employees and partners throughout the day as needed. You are also one of our front office faces, greeting clients and employees coming and going throughout the day and fielding calls to our main phone line. A competitive spirit towards filling shifts fast and a weekly goal is a must!

- Lead Scheduler for all our staffing positions between nurses (RN's, LPN's) and healthcare staff (CNA"s, Med Aides, Dietary, etc) and connecting them with healthcare communities in need
- Main point of contact between Interim Health Care and all our staffing partners (phone call, text, email and on-call)
- Oversight of all scheduling platform
- Day-to-Day responsibilities involving compliance, expiration updates and payroll match-up
- On Call training and scheduling, and weekly rotation with office team
- Participate in outreach events, including 2-4 partner visits a month and community involvement.
- High school diploma or GED required. Post-Secondary degree preferred.
