As the home to the Sioux Falls Family Medicine Residency program, our clinic offers a varying patient population, a focus on education and teaching, and an emphasis on whole-patient care with the personal touch.

Position Description

The scheduler will assist new and existing patients in scheduling appointments via the phone. The scheduler will be responsible to collect all needed and relevant patient information needed to ensure the proper appointment scheduling process is completed. The schedulers will provide information on our clinic and the services we provide. They will also assist with sending out appointment reminders and verifying schedules.

Pay

Starting at $18/hr

Skills / Qualifications

Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a critical. Must be able to work on multiple projects, with interruptions and able to prioritize. Excellent computer skills and a self-starter with initiative and follow through. High school diploma or equivalent.
