The Office of Medical Student Affairs is a great place to make a difference!
This student-centered department is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented support person to join its close-knit team. The position will assist with managing the MSA office and providing administrative support to the Senior Academic Dean, Associate and Assistant Deans, the SSOM financial aid office and play a vital role in supporting both students and leadership within the Sanford School of Medicine.
The position requires a professional who can
- Successfully manage competing priorities,
- Maintain accurate records while utilizing data management systems and Microsoft Office applications,
- Strong commitment to confidentiality,
- Exceptional customer service,
- and work collaboratively with students, faculty, and administrators
The USD Sanford School of Medicine has announced the move of the first 18 months of the M.D. program and the Division of Biomedical & Translational Sciences from Vermillion to Sioux Falls. Travel between sites may be required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
