Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome patients and families
  • Verify information and check-in patients for their appointments
  • Answer and direct telephone calls
  • Ensures efficiency in the daily schedule
  • Collect insurance information and payments
  • Provide patients and family members with a positive first impression and experience
  • A variety of office administrative tasks/duties
Key Qualities and Responsibilities:
  • Kind and Personable: Greeting patients with a smile and warm welcome. Communicating in person and over the telephone in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Detail-oriented: Accurate transcription of patient records and financial information is essential to ensure our clinic operates smoothly. Attention to detail and precision are a must. Ideal candidates would have at least intermediate typing proficient and office software knowledge.
  • Confident: We are looking for individuals who are confident in their abilities and are willing to engage in financial arrangements with patients. Upholding our office's financial policies is crucial in maintaining trust and satisfaction among our patients.
  • Multitasking: As a valued team member, you will need to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. You must also have the ability to study and learn quickly.
