Area agronomy company with a profitable and growing location is looking for an Agronomy Sales Manager to oversee all agronomy sales personnel.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of 5-10 salespeople.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Educate and solve customer needs through technical expertise.
    • Qualifications:
  • Degree in agronomy or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 3-5+ years of experience as a sales agronomist or in agronomy sales management.
  • Strong agronomic knowledge and a strategic, aggressive sales mindset.
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
    • Compensation:

    Competitive base salary plus bonus incentives. For an experienced, coachable individual with a growth mindset, $100k+ in the first year is realistically attainable. Full benefits are included.
