Salary Range: $90,000 to $135,000

Kotapay is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst to support data‑driven decision making across our fintech and banking initiatives. This role partners closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to translate complex data into meaningful insights, performance reporting, and actionable recommendations that drive growth and value.

This is an In-Office Role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to define and deliver reporting aligned to Kotapay business initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on customer segmentation and analysis of customer behavior patterns.
• Analyze product P&Ls to understand profitability and cost drivers at both portfolio and unit levels.
• Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring reports using multiple data sources.
• Interpret trends, metrics, and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations that support business decisions.
• Monitor product performance across the customer lifecycle, including application, activation, funding, usage, and attrition.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports for the Board of Directors, committee meetings, and leadership requests.
• Develop clear data visualizations and written summaries for audiences at all levels of the organization.
• Maintain expert knowledge of key data sources and support data governance, audits, and quality assurance efforts.
• Assist in standardizing raw data files received from external partners.
• Utilize business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Cognos, SQL Server, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and/or Tableau.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, finance, mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• Four or more years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in financial technology, banking, or payment‑related environments (credit or debit cards) required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
