Position Overview
We want YOU here! Our Child Nutrition staff play an integral part in serving our mission to continuously improve meals and services to meet nutritional requirements, provide a variety of menu items, and give the healthiest choices with the freshest ingredients available. As a General Worker, you would have the opportunity to share these improvements firsthand with the students of our District through the preparation and serving of our meals.
RequirementsEducation Level: High school diploma
Physical Requirements: Constant standing, hand-eye and mind-eye coordination; frequent repetitive motions with wrists, hands and fingers, bending over, stooping, hearing, holding and crouching.
Other Requirements: Ability to follow written and oral directions;
Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; adhere to District safety procedures;
Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance;
Consistent work attendance.
Level DX, starting at $17.46 per hour.
Pay Day:
Last working day of each month, based on the payroll cutoff schedule.
Monday through Friday, 10:15 am to 5:00 pm.
0.84375 FTE, 33.75 hours per week, 9 months.
