Position: Estimator (Sioux Falls)

** is a private construction firm that specializes in commercial construction.  We are seeking an Estimator to join our team to calculate, compile and prepare estimates as part of the pre-construction team.  If you are driven to succeed, want to elevate yourself and those around you, and want to grow with a growing company, we want you!
** DUTIES:
*** Generate project estimates.
* Complete quantity takeoffs.
* Solicit specialty contractors to obtain estimates.
* Maintain specialty contractor database to insure current information and inclusion of new potential bidders.
* Assist in preparation of request for proposal documents.
* Support management team in maintain and updating estimating software/database.
* Coordinate bid document sharing with all process stakeholders.
* Be an active participant in elevating yourself and the team around you.
* Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.
** REQUIREMENTS:
*** Excellent communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Bachelor’s degree or working toward a bachelor's degree in construction or engineering or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years of related experience
* Familiarity with commercial estimating techniques and software:
On-Screen Take off, Bluebeam, ISqFT, etc.
* Valid DL and good driving record## Qualifications
