** is a private construction firm that specializes in commercial construction.  We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team to facilitate, analyze and manage field coordination as part of the on-site management team.  If you are driven to succeed, want to elevate yourself and those around you, and want to grow with a growing company, we want you!
** DUTIES:
*** Develop/implement pre-construction quality control plan.
* Assist in obtaining/maintaining construction permits.
* Administer daily project tracking and reporting.
* Manage and distribute project information and contract documents.
* Facilitate project close out.
* Actively participating in expanding your knowledge of construction means and methods by participating in project processes; rfi’s, submittals, as-builts, schedules, etc.
* Be an active participant in elevating yourself and the team around you.
* Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.
** REQUIREMENTS:
*** Excellent communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Basic understanding of construction means, methods and practices.
* Bachelor’s degree or working toward a bachelor's degree in construction or engineering or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 1 year of related experience
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools
* Valid DL and good driving record## Qualifications
