• A wide range of projects, including water main, sewer, storm pipe, mass excavation, grading, demolition, pouring concrete, and site development
• Strong emphasis on safety, quality workmanship, and doing work the right way
• A team environment where experienced operators are trusted to make decisions and lead by example

• Preparing construction sites, materials, and digging holes
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Supporting crew with heavy equipment operating
• Following all health and safety regulations
• Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete
• Reading blueprints, site plans, utility layouts, and grade stakes
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, production, and safety

• Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment and forming for and pouring concrete
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, utility plans, and grading plans
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Great communication skills
• CDL is helpful but not required
• Commitment to safety, production excavation, underground utility quality, and teamwork
