About the Company

This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional to begin building a career in project management within the construction and engineering industry (civil). Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you will gain hands‑on experience in project coordination, documentation, and client support while developing the skills needed to successfully manage projects in the future.

Position Overview

The Project Manager (Entry‑Level) supports the planning and coordination of construction and engineering projects under the guidance of senior team members. This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, detail‑oriented, and interested in growing within a project management career path. Responsibilities
  • Support the development and tracking of project schedules and assist with basic resource planning.
  • Help coordinate the collection and testing of samples and materials by working with field and laboratory teams.
  • Maintain organized and accurate project documentation, including field reports, sample tracking logs, and test summaries.
  • Assist in preparing project updates and communicating progress to clients and internal teams under supervision.
  • Learn and follow company processes to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support safety practices in field and laboratory environments.
  • Help track project milestones and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist the team in maintaining compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Internship, co‑op, or part‑time experience in construction or engineering

Required Skills
  • 1+ years of experience in construction or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); exposure to Microsoft Project or similar software is helpful but not required.
