Site Supervisor Job Description

Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to the construction of an industrial facility in accordance with OSHA 1926 standards. Provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating subcontractors, materials, and equipment. Ensure specifications are followed and work progresses on schedule and within design parameters. Coordinate and communicate effectively between engineering teams, customers, and subcontractors. Supervise and train on-site project staff as needed.

Apply construction expertise to manage project execution and provide feedback to project management regarding safety concerns, progress, and quality. Receive, store, track, and issue materials to subcontractors as required.

• Facilitate communication between engineering teams, customers, and subcontractors.

• Provide expertise in construction management and project execution.
• Report safety concerns, progress, and quality issues to project management.
• Receive, store, and issue materials to subcontractors.

• Proficiency in construction management and project management.
• Strong organizational and project planning skills.
• Understanding of safety standards and site supervision.
• Experience with OSHA training.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and document tracking databases.
• Excellent verbal, written, and computer communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently with minimal instruction.
• Capability to maintain accurate records.

This position requires 100% travel. The work environment is dynamic, offering the opportunity to work on-site at various industrial construction facilities. The role provides a chance to be part of a small company that is rapidly growing, fostering a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

The pay range for this position is $40.80 - $50.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Sioux Falls, SD.
