** is a private construction firm that specializes in commercial  construction.  We are seeking a  Project Foreman  to join our team to facilitate, analyze and manage field labor forces as part of the on-site supervisory team.  If you are driven to succeed, want to elevate yourself and those around you, and want to grow with a growing company, we want you!
** DUTIES:
*** Provide direct supervision, guidance and instruction to the field team under you.
* Lead production with a focus on quality and safety with a basic understanding of project information and company policies while actively participating in producing these results
* Provide leadership, training and coaching to the team members under you in your area of expertise
* Communicate with balance of site supervision team to meet daily project demands/schedule
* Facilitate process by coordination/procurement of material, equipment and manpower
* Be an active participant in elevating the project team and expanding your knowledge/responsibility.
* Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.
* Multiple specialties available including; concrete, carpentry, etc.
** REQUIREMENTS:
*** Excellent communication skills
* Ability to lead and train those around you.
* Ability to work with individuals of varying skill levels.
* Ability to read and interpret project documents relevant to your to your specialty
* Minimum 3 years of related experience with 1 of those years being in a leadership position
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
