We’re seeking a Project Manager with commercial roofing and architectural sheet metal experience to manage projects from estimating and pre‐construction through installation and closeout. This role requires strong field coordination, cost control, scheduling, and customer communication skills.

- Manage multiple commercial roofing and sheet metal projects from award through completion.
- Review plans, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and project requirements.
- Prepare or support estimates, takeoffs, budgets, material quantities, and change order pricing.
- Develop project schedules and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and deliveries.
- Monitor project costs, production, billing, job progress, and profitability.
- Coordinate with customers, general contractors, architects, suppliers, field supervisors, and internal teams.
- Conduct project handoffs, site visits, progress meetings, and closeout activities.
- Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, warranties, and project documentation.
- Identify schedule conflicts, scope gaps, field issues, and cost risks before they impact the project.
- Ensure work meets contract requirements, quality standards, safety expectations, and completion deadlines.
- 3 or more years of project management experience in commercial roofing, sheet metal, or related specialty construction.
- Knowledge of roofing systems, architectural sheet metal, flashing, wall panels, or building envelope construction.
- Experience with estimating, takeoffs, budgeting, change orders, and cost analysis.
- Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical details.
- Experience using construction project management, estimating, or scheduling software.
- Strong organization, follow‑through, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage field priorities, customer expectations, and multiple active projects.
- Experience with low‑slop roofing systems, metal roofing, wall panels, gutters, coping, flashing, and custom sheet metal.
- Familiarity with software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, Edge, Accu Lynx, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with general contractors, commercial property owners, and public or institutional clients.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
