Traveling Superintendent; Ground Up Construction

Job Overview

Established, mid‑West based general contractor seeks experienced traveling superintendent to run high‑profile projects.

Salary: $120,000 – $155,000 per year.

• Proven experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
• Knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, subcontractor coordination and quality control.
• Ability to travel regularly to job sites across regions.
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage field crews and subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of safety standards and commitment to enforcing safety protocols.
• Proficiency in construction documentation, reporting, and communication with project teams and clients.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.

• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• Experience with construction management tools and software.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
