Construction Laborer

This is a hands‑on role where no two days look exactly the same. You’ll help keep job sites clean, organized, safe, and moving forward.

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Load, unload, move and stage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist carpenters, labor crews, and other trades with daily project needs.
• Help with demolition, light carpentry, setup, and general labor tasks.
  
  Operate hand and power tools appropriate to the work being performed.
• Follow safety requirements and report hazards or concerns promptly.
• Care for company tools and equipment so they are ready for the next task.

• A dependable team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Someone who takes pride in doing quality work and showing up ready to help.
• Ability to follow directions, work safely, and communicate well with the crew.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working outdoors in changing weather and active job site conditions.
• Previous construction experience is helpful but not required.

• Experience with commercial construction, demolition, light carpentry, or basic construction tools.
• OSHA 10 or other safety training.
• Experience operating telehandlers, forklifts, skid steers, or similar equipment.
