Project Coordinator ​/ Estimator

Hours:

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week with occasional overtime)

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually, plus bonuses. Starting compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

• Estimate commercial door, frame, and hardware projects from architectural drawings and specifications.
• Review blueprints and submit RFIs for drawing discrepancies.
• Create material schedules and project estimates.
• Detail awarded projects and prepare submittal packages.
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and manufacturer communication.
• Serve as a point of contact & manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

• Commercial door, frame, and hardware industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, & strong communication, customer service, problem-solving skills.
• No college degree required. Experience and ability are valued over formal education.

Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-based with occasional warehouse or jobsite visits. Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds. Valid driver's license required.
