Commercial Construction Project Manger

A growing and highly respected design-build general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team due to continued growth and a strong backlog of work.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Handle contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify and proactively resolve project challenges

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
• Experience with multifamily, senior living, student housing, or commercial projects preferred
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Design-build experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
