• On-Site Project Administration
• Document review
• Daily inspection/logging
• Safety inspection
• Inspection coordination
• Schedule management/coordination
• Cost management
• Personnel Management - Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Technical management/participation with field personnel in self performed trade work, demolition, concrete, carpentry, etc.
• Subcontractor coordination
• Quality control
• Coordination with project management team
• Provide progress and project updates.
• Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly

• Previous experience in construction site management, principals, and practice and/or applicable education.
• Basic knowledge of quality and safety guidelines for construction job sites
• Good understanding of construction operations and processes. Basic proficiency in reading/reviewing construction plans/specs.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel
• Degree in Engineering, construction management or similar field or applicable experience is a plus.
• Good Driving record & Valid Driver's License
