About The Role
Our recruiting firm is partnering with a leading commercial flooring and interior finishes organization that provides flooring, tile, and interior solutions for a wide range of commercial construction projects. We are seeking a Project Manager who will oversee projects from award through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for estimating, coordinating, and managing commercial flooring and interior finishes projects throughout the project lifecycle. This individual will work closely with internal support teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare material and labor estimates and develop project pricing to support profitable project execution.
- Manage commercial flooring and interior finishes projects from project award through final completion.
- Coordinate project activities with field personnel, installers, suppliers, contractors, architects, owners, and internal support staff.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and scope to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate project updates and resolve issues that may impact timelines or project performance.
- Support procurement, scheduling, and project documentation activities as needed.
- Maintain strong client and partner relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- 1+ year of experience in construction, project management, estimating, sales, or a related commercial construction environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
- Ability to learn and utilize specialized flooring, tile, and construction estimating software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Experience with commercial flooring, tile, interior finishes, or related construction trades.
- Experience in sales, estimating, or customer-facing project management roles.
- Knowledge of commercial construction processes, project scheduling, and budgeting.
- Experience collaborating with contractors, architects, vendors, and property owners.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
