Wild Oak Boutique is looking for a Stylist & Influencer Coordinator who is excited to work at the intersection of fashion, relationships, and brand storytelling. This role blends hands‑on styling with models, collaboration, and affiliate program management—ideal for someone who is highly organized, creatively driven, and relationship‑focused.
The RoleThe ideal candidate serves as a key creative lead for wardrobe styling across all brand shoots. This role will be highly influential in styling wardrobes for models, shaping on‑set looks, and managing the photoshoot styling room to ensure seamless organization, efficiency, and brand consistency. This person will also play a central role in defining how Wild Oak shows up visually through earned programming, creative collaborations, and affiliate partnerships.
You should be a strong multi‑tasker, proactive communicator, and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
- Style outfits for photoshoots, campaigns, new arrivals, special collections, and events
- Create cohesive, on‑brand looks that align with Wild Oak’s aesthetic, brand, and storytelling
- Ensure appropriate presentation of collections for shoots, influencer gifting, and in‑store moments
- Assist with styling for live sales, events, and digital content as needed
- Management of checking inventory into showroom, some product management and keeping the space ready for photoshoots at all times
- Consistently research up‑and‑coming creators, emerging influencers, and relevant cultural moments
- Coordinate influencer gifting, mailings, and content deliverables with attention to detail and presentation
- Onboard new affiliates and communicate brand guidelines, expectations, and promotions
- Track affiliate performance, links, and commissions
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize affiliate‑driven campaigns and launches
- 2–3 years of experience in wardrobe styling, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or a related field
- Strong eye for fashion, styling, and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Existing relationships with influencers, stylists, or talent teams are a plus
