Video Production Specialist

Diamond Mowers is looking for a creative, talented individual to join its marketing department as a Video Production Specialist to plan, develop, design, and produce photo and video content that aligns with company goals. Developing multimedia and visual materials according to projects needs bringing together text, graphics, digital animation, video, photography, and audio.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define content objectives, audience, messaging and distribution channels.
• Develop creative concepts and briefs, scripting and storyboards and execute according to plan.
• Seek stakeholder feedback after the initial design, provide regular updates, and revise work promptly based on input.
• Lead full-cycle video and photo production from concept through final delivery
• Plan, storyboard and execute shoots (some travel may be required)
• Manage lighting, audio, camera setup and production logistics
• Own the editing process for photo and video editing including color correction, sound design, motion graphics and formatting for multiple platforms
• Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and present concepts and rough cuts to stakeholders and leadership when needed.
• Identify new video and photo opportunities that drive engagement for the Diamond brand
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. Update timelines and communicate project status on a regular basis.
• Deliver optimized content for web, social media, paid campaigns, internal communications and events.
• Strive for an injury free workplace through a “safety first” attitude.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Bachelor's degree in design, video, or animation field preferred
• 3-5 years’ work experience in a video producer or a similar position in the design industry preferred.
• Strong portfolio of past work preferred.
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with video filming, editing and production preferred.
• Cinema 4D, 3D Rendering or other product rendering experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills preferred.
• Some travel required for photo/video shoots preferred.
• High attention to detail and excellent personal communication skills are preferred.
