Shift
:
Monday – Friday, core hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, 1 rotating Saturday per month, with 1 weekday off during the week, T,W,Th.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be expected to waive the customer service flag and provide the white glove treatment to every customer that calls in by giving full attention to what our customers are saying, taking time to understand the customer's reason for calling, and asking appropriate questions are paramount.

Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions and make alternative recommendations to solve problems is essential.

Essential Functions
  • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chat messages
  • Ability to take payment information and process payments
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Must be able to handle demanding customers from time to time while remaining calm and professional.
  • Must deliver world‑class customer service to all customers—every call; every day
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay is $18.00 and will vary based on experience and relevant skills/knowledge. Silencer Central offers a competitive total compensation package that includes:
