Shift: Monday‑Friday 12:30PM–9:00PM, every third Saturday 8:00AM–4:30PM

Job Status:
Full‑Time

Pay: $17.25–$19.15 per hour starting, with additional monthly incentives available.

• Receive inbound application calls from potential new customers.
• Utilize effective sales and negotiating skills to acquire applications and up‑front fees.
• Gather information and enter data from applicants through inbound and outbound calls.
• Advise and educate applicants on application details and associated benefits.
• Deliver a high‑quality experience with every customer contact.

Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length, with ongoing training opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Bilingual skills (English + another language) preferred; compensated with a 10% differential.
• Must reside within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or plan to relocate.

• Base wage $17.25–$19.15 per hour, with potential increase to $22.65 per hour for non‑traditional hours.
• Top 60% of associates eligible for incentives.
• Career path:
  AssociateI–IV, each step earning a pay increase.
• Bilingual skills compensated with a 10% differential.
