Entry Level Clerical Office Work

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, provide guidance to customers, and support our team through collaborative problem solving.

Summary: You will begin each day with a brief team meeting and then respond to customer calls. By listening carefully, you will assist customers with their needs, provide recommendations, and learn through on-the-spot training from team leaders. When call volume decreases, you will follow up with customers to ensure continued satisfaction. Your role is essential in building strong customer relationships and supporting the overall Harmony of the Comfort Heroes team.

• Work with the team: Maintain regular communication with supervisors and team members to share workload, stepping in to assist when necessary.
• Develop your expertise: Continuously expand customer knowledge, using information gathered during calls to guide best decisions for safety and comfort.
• Master the telephone: Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence, adapting to each customer's tone and responding to concerns without cold‑calling.

• You are a tech‑savvy people‑person: Communicate confidently by phone, mobile, text, and email; use internal software and the internet accurately.
• You can multi‑task and maintain attention to detail: Enter information while speaking with customers without compromising accuracy.
• You’re flexible: Willing to work full‑time hours, including daytime, evening, and/or weekend shifts.
