Now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s ready to be the welcoming voice of our company and help us deliver five-star service every single day.

• Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
• Work closely with dispatchers to streamline technician routes
• Spot opportunities to recommend services and boost sales
• Process work orders and solve customer concerns quickly
• Help the office run like a well-oiled machine
• Be flexible, open to new tasks and cross-training opportunities

• Prior administrative or office experience
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills and laser-sharp attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and speedy data entry
• A team mindset—with the ability to work solo when needed
• Experience in a call center (big plus!)
• Bonus points for HVAC industry knowledge
