Bank Teller‑Customer Service Representative
As a Bank Teller‑Customer Service Representative at Frontier Bank, you will become a trusted member of our banking team and work daily with our customers to assist them with financial transactions and service requests. You will build relationships with our customers and become a valuable team member able to problem solve and accurately find answers to their questions.
Key Responsibilities- Taking deposits
- Processing customer loan payments
- Opening new accounts
- Assisting customers with banking technology, including remote deposit capture, online banking, and online account opening applications.
We are looking to hire part time and/or full time staff to fill these hours:
Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm and Saturdays 9am‑12pm (on rotation).
Training for this role will come in a variety of settings including mentoring, job shadowing, online training, and independent reading. All new staff members receive a 90‑day performance review.
Job RequirementsA qualified candidate will have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; six to twelve months of cash handling and/or customer service experience.
CompensationCompensation will be based on your prior work experience. Hourly wage review after 90‑day training period.
