Premium Level Attendant
A Premium Level Attendant provides excellent customer service, maintains organization and cleanliness of suites and club level seats, and assists guests with their needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pre-event suite set up, assuring suites are clean and overall ambiance is pleasing.
- Guest relations activities that include greeting and directing guests.
- Verify all guest tickets, assuring the exclusiveness of the premium level seating.
- Ensure there is an effective and efficient response to patron issues & needs.
- Represent the company in a polite, friendly, and professional manner using excellent customer service skills.
- Direct customer service complaints and inquiries to proper manager/supervisor.
- Abide by facility rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Will be required to have availability to work events on an ongoing basis including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Maintains the proper image and generates positive public relations with patrons and staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Premium Seating Manager.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age and pass an acceptable background check.
- Demonstrate ability to read, write, hear, and speak English.
- Professional attitude and clean, neat appearance.
- Excellent customer service skills and a sense of public relations.
- Ability to work independently, exercising judgement and initiative, and as a member of the team.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods; able to walk up and down steep stairs. Reasonable accommodation will be considered for those with disabilities.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position.
