Job Description

We are hiring Bilingual (10% Differential) and Non-Bilingual positions, both onsite and remote, in Dakota Dunes, SD.

Monday-Friday 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM, every third Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Full-Time

Base wage starting at $17.25-$19.15/hr. with opportunities to increase take home pay.

• Top 60% of associates are eligible for incentives.
• Career path from Associate I to Associate IV – each step earning an increase in pay.
• Earn an additional $3.50/hr. when working non-traditional hours.
• Bilingual skills will be compensated with a 10% differential.

PREMIER Bankcard

This job is offered onsite and remote. Remote employees must live within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or plan on relocating.

• Full-time:
  Monday-Friday 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM, every third Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Part-time:
  Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM, every third Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• No Sundays.

• Receive inbound application calls from potential new customers.
• Utilize effective sales/negotiating skills to acquire applications and up-front fees.
• Gather information and enter data from applicants through inbound and outbound calls.
• Advise and educate applicants on application information.
• Deliver a best possible experience with every contact.
