Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is seeking an Automotive Call Center Representative/BDC Agent to handle inbound/outbound calls and appointment setting for service customers in a fast-paced dealership environment.
The role requires comfort with high-volume calling, a proactive attitude, and professional communication. Prior dealership experience is a plus but not required. Schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays, closed Sundays.
