Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is seeking an Automotive Call Center Representative to join our growing BDC team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls and appointment setting for our service customers.
We are looking for a go-getter with professional communication skills able to thrive in a high-volume environment. Schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays;
Sundays are closed. Training is provided and you will coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth operations.
