We are growing and we are looking for a Kalon Aesthetic Concierge to join our team!

• Outgoing, positive, and genuinely enjoy interacting with people
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• A professional brand ambassador who aligns with our values

• Serving as a personal high-touch resource for prospective and existing clients, guiding them through membership and treatment options.
• Proactively reach out to current members to schedule visits, answer questions, and ensure they're getting full value from their membership.
• Building lasting relationships with clients by remembering their preferences, following up after visits, and creating a concierge-level experience at every interaction.
• Hosting small group meetups/events, coffee chats, and other relationship-building touchpoints to deepen patient loyalty.
• Representing the Kalon Aesthetics and Surgery brand and voice in every interaction — professional, warm, and personal.
• Welcoming and assisting clients at the front desk as needed, ensuring a warm check-in experience.

• A high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or experience in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong communication skills and genuine warmth on the phone and in person.
• A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving brand growth.
